In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.

"Item was exactly as described, but was incredibly dirty when we picked up (though nothing a little scrub couldn't fix). They also didn't accept returns on Sundays which would have been great to know in advance as we hired them specifically so we could drop back on the weekend. But otherwise all went smoothly!"
