Very responsive whenever I had a question and flexible with timing for pick up. 
Also gave immediate help when we had a problem (due only to our lack of knowledge) with set up. Definitely would recommend but if you don’t know what you are doing then maybe check in advance how to set up.

Great gazebo, very easy to assemble and take down. Good size and good quality. Eric was very helpful and responded very quickly.
