The boxes get serviced by me before each hire. As needed, I clean the box, replace the wheels, clasps and check the straps, foam covers and central supporting pole is in place.

A fully refundable security deposit of £100 may be requested. Minor wear and tear is accepted, but damage outside of normal use will need to be covered by the hirer.

This is an Apidura 17L Saddlebag primarily designed for bikepacking adventures but equally useful for commutes or bicycle endeavours. Apidura are the most popular brand of bikepacking bags used by endurance racers and recreational bikepackers the world over. 

The bag utilises a stable three-point attachment system, ensuring maximum comfort and stability. There are significant tabs on all straps and buckles allowing for cold/gloved hands to operate them with relative ease. the bag detaches quickly and takes approximately 30 seconds to reattach to the bike once you've got the hang of it.

The bag is constructed of waterproof Cordura fabric offering resistance to abrasion and tears. It is important to note that whilst the fabric itself is waterproof the seams are not taped meaning there may be some water penetration in particularly wet conditions. For this reason a tapered 13L Alpkit (last 2 pictures) dry is supplied with the rental that fits snugly into the shape of the bag. On top of the bag there is a bungee cord for stowing easy access bundles (think waterproofs etc), I have used this to dry small items whilst riding also. The bag features reflective graphics and two light attachment points. The light attachment points are pictured and positioned so that one is useable regardless of how much you want to roll and compact the bag down.

Can also be used it to travel with your road bike.
