Our office is based in Peckham (SE15) so should you need any kit just get in touch with us. * * * WHAT IS INCLUDED: When adding items to your cart, check carefully what is included in the price. what is included, but as a general rule, if you are renting a light, extra cables, adapters, sandbags, stands or anything extra, will not come with it. * * * COLLECTIONS & DROP-OFFS: Before confirming your booking please bear in mind we ONLY offer early mornings and evenings for both collections and drop-offs (message us for weekend schedule). We will not be available outside the agreed times and the client will need to return the item(s) as previously agreed via FATLLAMA chat. Our clients normally collect the equipment in the evening prior to their rental period starts and return the item(s) in the following evening (completing the 24 hours period - please see below). *** RENTAL PERIOD: All our rentals are based on a 24 hours basis from the time items are picked up. Delays need to be informed to us via FATLLAMA chat or text message with a reasonable notice (3 hours or more to the end of your rental period). If your lateness impacts on the rental of that item to another client, you will be responsible for another day rate for that item(s). * * * DISCLAIMER: We honour the commitment we put into our store and services so please communicate with us once the booking has been accepted. Refunds will only be accepted when a reasonable explanation is given within 72 hours before collection is due.
