📍🚚 Earliest pickup time: 9:00-1:00pm Latest drop off time: 7-9:00pm We are kindly asking all renters that are late to these times to let us know ahead of time and return in the next time frame available, which might then incur a late fee if applicable, this will be settled through fat llama. If a courier for delivery of item is booked we will always charge 10% more than the price as contingency as sometimes due to traffic and delay rides end up charging more than originally agreed upon, that amount is non refundable as the charge comes in up to a week late.  The delivery fee is always excluded and seperate from the rental and service fee. Additionally we charge a 5£ adminstration fee on every delivery planned. Also note that delivery is via a third party company and that we sadly can’t guarantee that items will arrive on time. Courier pickup and drop offs can be booked but have to be discussed and agreed upon properly! If not than all rentals are pickup and drop off in person to the agreed upon times .  Unless pickup or drop off is selected and planned and agreed upon, drop off will always be in the designated pickup and drop off location communicated when booking is confirmed. Items get shifted in our warehouses a lot and we won’t have all items in all locations , please ensure you listen to where the item is before booking to be aware. Please kindly note: We always provide chargers with the equipment but only supply the needed cable if it is proprietary, any other charger that uses normal usb c and usb2.0 does NOT come with the cable included. We try our best to ensure the items are charged when picked up but are unable to guarantee this due to partially very short times between rentals. If you have an important project please book and pickup equipment the day before your shoot or ensure you have a few hours to charge the batteries if nessessary. Some items in the kit are labeled as “optional” in the kit and will only be included if explicitly requested so please make sure to let us know you would like those included at no extra cost. Picking up the day before and dropping off the day after the rental is considered a two day rental if you intend that please book it accordingly.
