That said, like everyone, we're not always available, fully staffed and at the office, and ask that people be understanding of our schedules and daily lives. We operate from 8:30am to 6:30pm every day (Monday through to Sunday) out of Brighton and Hove. And yes, that unfortunately means very late pick-ups or returns aren't possible. Our staff are generally those normie night-time sleepers! We try to be as flexible as possible. Don't quite know how to operate that monitor? Not so experienced setting up a run-and-gun rig? Ask us! We're here to answer your questions on any gear (it's our gear, so we should know how to work it!) We might not know how you intend to use it on set, but we'll stay on call for any urgent questions if you have any. Need a different combo or setup than the ones listed on our profile? Tell us! We'll make something specifically for your needs and it'll be at least as cheap as the parts already listed and maybe even a little cheaper. Good hunting!
