are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment. We encourage you to take all necessary precautions to prevent any loss. Any loss or damage to the rented kit will be charged to the person renting the equipment. If any damage occurs, please report it immediately so we can notify other renters and start a damage claim process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure that all our customers receive equipment in the best possible condition. To ensure the longevity and quality of our equipment, we kindly request that you return the kit in exactly the same way that you receive it. Badly packed away kit can result in damage or loss. On collection, please make sure you check the equipment is correct, upon leaving the collection point you are confirming the equipment is correct and you are happy with it. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made. We do not accept returns via Uber or Bolt or any other similar service. If a courier is required, this must be discussed with us and confirmed before the equipment is collected for the rental. Please ensure that all equipment is returned by the specified time.
