TIME SLOT: The default daily time-slot, every day for everyone, is 7PM-8PM, like clockwork, walking distance from Streatham Hill Train station (SW2). Outside this community time-slot and depending on the day there may be a small surcharge to upgrade your time-slot. We recommend booking your rental request at least 24hrs in advance, however please make your time-slot request in a message before booking and will move mountains to help! BOOKINGS: While appreciate every rental is unique we gently ask all borrowers to book in advance. Our request is 12hrs notice, less than 12hrs and there may be a small surcharge. Last minute rentals give us significantly less bandwidth to conduct the item(s) service test and / or prepare the item(s) whilst still meeting our FL lender obligations. MOQ: Please note minimum order quantity before applying FL fees is: 15.00 GBP. Rights reserved NOT to accept your order should your booking not reach this minimum after FL fees are applied. (Fees = 30% to each party, eg. lender / borrower) TERMS OF SERVICE: We lend good kit, in good faith. We trust kit will be returned as it was received or better. Our our kit is well maintained, quality tested and checked before each rental begins. Any issue(s) of damage, destruction or total loss of our kit or any part therein, arising during borrowers rental period(s) will be subject to thorough arbitration. FL states that lenders can only make insurance claims within 24hrs from the end of any given rental therefore borrowers are obligated to replace, or adequately recompense for any issue(s) they are found responsible for within 12 hours from the end of any given rental period. Failure to comply and or unreasonable delay in sufficient cooperation may result in the full costing of the item falling due, not including FL legal and other transactional fees that may apply. Ordering kit rental services from OnlyNow Rentals is assumed as reasonable grounds for tacit agreement with these terms.
