In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.

"Had a few problems with delivery as I thought they had an office in Mayfair. Actually they deliver kit to central london locations in hour long slots. The H8 was in good nick, but got 8 batteries with the hire and the power cable wasn't part of it. I was running a roundtable with 6 phantom powered XLRs which burnt through the batteries and I didn't have another option but to stop the round table while I changed batteries. Seems like a nice team but worth checking all the kit is there piece by piece before you take delivery of the kit."
