In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.

"Ben is a lovely guy, was easy to communicate with. But I couldn’t get his item to work with my equipment, it was a wasted rental. So I didn’t use it and he refused any sort of refund. Everything I did to get it to work, it just wouldn’t. I used one the next week and it was perfect so unsure why his didn’t work"
