Only 10 minutes walk from Winnersh station. You can get to Reading in 9 minutes and all other surrounding cities very quickly. I recently moved into my new home and looking to rent my spare room. The house has two bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms so you will have your own bathroom. I also have a garden for when the weather is better. I am looking for someone who is clean, friendly and easygoing going. I myself is clean, happy, friendly and chatty. My boyfriend stays over a few days a week and we are both easy going so even if you wanted to hang out or have dinner with us then you are welcome :)

Cancellation Terms
In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
