This sander is slow and gentle, and is best for finishing or new floors. Sander is best used on new unfinished floors or to sand between coats of varnish. Works well on softwood decks with minimal build-up, too. Removing/leveling extreme warping and cupping will be a slow process. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
