In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.

"Jessie was so lovely and the boat was amazing, we had such a great day on the canals. Great communication and always on hand to answer questions. My only tip would be blow it up with an electric pump as I think it would take ages with the hand pump!"
