Step 2* Then you are required to contact us via the contact section on the purchase page of eBay and send your license and a utility bill via eBay message. *Please note and is very important that you block out your driving license number and any details, accept your name and address on the utility bill. This will finalise and confirm proof of who is hiring the tool and give us a shipping address, once we have established proof then the tool can be hired. Step 3* Please choose one of the 3 hiring options and message us with the chosen duration of hire, an invoice will be generated and sent to your eBay account invoicing you for payment. (PLEASE NOTE: A DEPOSIT OF £150 IS REQUIRED, THIS GUARANTEES THE SAFE RETURN OF THE TOOL) Step 4* Once payment has been made and confirmation has been received the tool can be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day By 1 PM, a copy of the delivery receipt and tracking number will be provided via eBay message. Step 5. Depending on the duration of the hire chosen once your hire period is up please repackage the tool in the same way it arrived, Inside the parcel on arrival there is a sticky label with the return address and Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day By 1 PM sticker please apply these over the top of the existing labels. Then please take it back to the post office before 3pm on the day of return this will assure that it will be collected on that day. You will be required to pay the return charge of this at the cost of £17.75 once that’s done please give me a quick message via eBay saying that you have returned. It is important to use the Royal Mail special delivery label as this unique tracking number has been noted in our records. If you were to use a different Royal Mail special delivery label from the post office please advise us on the new tracking number and once we receive the tool back a refund of the deposit will be forward straight away to your bank account that the original payment was made from.
