If using as a hoover it chews up the leaves as you go and deposits them into the bag which you can then detach and empty into your refuse (or put in your compost / scatter over your flower beds as mulch etc.) It has varying levels of power so that it can be used on pebbles / earth (can blow/hoover without disturbing the pebbles or the dirt). In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
