Conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from Manchester City Centre with Piccadilly railway station within close proximity. Entrance - Large reception/waiting area with seating for up to 50 people comfortably. Studio 1 - Double entrance doors through to 30’ x 30’ Video and still cameras are available along with lighting kits, various coloramas and tape stock, blackout drapes through 180 degree pan. High speed 100 mb Wireless Network with wired Ethernet access available also. Studio 2 - Double entrance doors through to 15’ x 18’. Dressing Room - Changing/ make-up facilities with seating for up to 25 people. Full kitchen and catering if required. Private car park for clients. Cancellation Terms
In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
