New headset, skin contact areas are deep cleaned before any use. Please use with care and caution if necessary bumpers can be added for more aggressive users. Games can be added via app upon request for minor fee charger included however android chargers work as well.

In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
