Really fast response time whenever I needed to answer questions. Pick-up and delivery were efficient and the tech all worked perfectly, with easy setup. Will use again!


Very satisfied with the service. The equipment is all in good working order and packed up solidly in cases and bags. 
I asked for an HDMI cable and they included one.
The only thing that would have been helpful is knowing in advance that the projector doesn’t have audio outputs. You can hear the sound from the projector’s inbuilt speaker but I wanted to take a line out to the PA.  So, I had to figure out how to use my laptop headphones jack. On my MacBook Pro I selected 
>System Preferences
>Sound 
and waited for the Epson icon to appear in the box. 
When the icon appeared, I knew they were ‘talking to each other’. 
I then selected the headphone jack on my laptop, and plugged the mini-jack/phonos lead into the PA.
And it worked. 
I will use Dita again whenever I need to. They are professional, efficient and remained in contact with me via the app throughout the rental period.

Good equipment, only slight difficulty came with the delivery where I had to courier the equipment which was a bit of an effort.

I have not had a great experience from Dita. The initial booking, collection, support during the rental period and overall communication was excellent. Things changed when I received a message from her very next day after I gave the equipment back, saying that the equipment is damaged and they have escalated the case to Fat Llama. I was so shocked to hear that, because I was sure that everything with equipment was fine when I was using and I returned it in the perfect condition. I was even surprised that they straight away escalated the case even before checking with me about the condition when I was using and asking me anything related to the damage. I had to sent several message to get some information about the damage that they found. Finally they said sound not coming from the equipment is the issue. I have also received a message from Flat Llama that they received the escalation from Dita. Then I received a video Dita after a day which shows no sound is coming from the unit, but clearly there was NO Bluetooth device or any input connected, they how sound will come?? I have asked them this question and not received any answer. After few days they said equipment is sent for repair, their office cannot answer my question now and it will take normally 2 weeks to get the equipment after repair. Till the time I write this review I haven’t received any response from them.

Obviously you can see, this wasn’t something a user would be expecting. This was definitely a poor after-rental experience that nobody would wanted to have. So many questions unanswered. No transparent communication. Unnecessary and long waiting time for this repair and much more reasons to give only 1 star. I gave 2 stars because of the initial communication and easiness of collecting the equipment from them. I don’t know as a user how we can confidently take rentals if owners can escalate damages simply like that without even checking/assessing the damages with the user. I don’t know what is going to happen with this case, even if they come back and say that equipment was fine, what about the time I had to spent to send all these messages and mental pressure I have gone through all these days? 2 stars and nothing more for my overall experience with Dita.
