Great rollers which are suitable for beginners-intermediates, they make little noise when being used. The rollers have been used 4 times, and there are some black marks from the rubber on my tires, but they don't affect the mechanics of the rollers. Comes with all the screws and the cable required to set it up. The correct Allen key is provided as well. They can be easily extended or shortened to fit your bike, and can be shortened to half the maximum length for easier storage.
