I work full-time, and additionally, I am a freelance videographer and content creator. Alongside my full-time job in the tech sector, lending on Fat Llama is my part-time business. When I don't use the equipment, I prefer to rent it out so other people can use it. From Tuesday to Saturday, preferable pickup and drop-off timings are between 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. There is a possibility between 3-4 pm, which needs to be agreed upon in advance. I am flexible for the rest of the days like Monday and Sunday. As per Fat Llama rental policy, a one-day rental equates to 24 hours or less. If your rental is longer than 24 hours, then consider a 2-day booking unless agreed otherwise. However, I can be flexible if I don’t have my own shoot lined up. In this case, you can pick it up at 9-10 am and return it the next day in the evening before 6:30-7 pm, roughly a 33-hour rental. Late returns without mutual agreement may incur extra charges/fees. Punctuality is key for me. If we agree on pickup and return time like 10:00 am, that means 10:00 am. 10-15 minutes late or early is acceptable, not more than that. Due to my tight deadlines, I cannot expect borrowers to turn up hours later than the agreed time. However, if the borrower cannot meet the agreed deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, then we can agree to new deadlines amicably in advance. Discounts are available for borrowing multiple items and for a longer period of time. It is the borrower's/renter's responsibility to check all items and conditions during pickup and upon return. The camera can be picked up from the following stations: All stations on Oxford Street, including Mile End, Aldgate East, Stratford, Barking, Custom House, and Canning Town. There is a possibility to deliver within zones 1-3 at easily accessible stations with mutually agreed timings; please ask first about delivery.
