Please plan your collection and return accordingly. # standard window for collection and return is Monday-Friday 8am-10pm and weekends 10am-11pm. If you need the item earlier or finishing later, you might need to book another day unless agreed otherwise. # if you haven´t used the item before, I suggest to collect the item in advance and take some extra time to get familiar using it. Every renter shall read the manual and use the item accordingly. Usually there are also youtube videos or tutorials # please note the rental does not include the induction how to use the item, any renter must get to know how to use the item properly and safely, or hire a professional to operate the item (typically sound recordist, boom operator, etc.). I´m not responsible for any issues caused by incompetent use # even if you are familiar with the item, test the equipment thoroughly before using it, for example before starting to shoot on the set. Always check your batteries and settings.
