If an Uber for delivery of item is called I will always charge 10£ more than the price as contingency plus delivery fee, as sometimes due to traffic and delay rides end up charging more than originally agreed upon, that amount is non refundable. If you are unable to make the pickup and return windows please extend your rental time until the next return window. These times are the generally available times. Every rental has to set a clear pickup and return time and late pickups and returns cant be guaranteed and might have to be rescheduled at the borrowers expense. Rentals cancelled on your end within 48h of the rental itself are nonrefundable as the time frame was reserved for you. Full refunds are given if the fault for not beeing able to get the item to you is solely on us.
