Our our kit is well maintained, quality tested and checked before each rental begins. Any issue(s) of damage, destruction or total loss of our kit or any part therein, arising during borrowers rental period(s) will be subject to thorough arbitration. FL states that lenders can only make insurance claims within 24hrs from the end of any given rental therefore borrowers are obligated to replace, or adequately recompense for any issue(s) they are found responsible for within 12 hours from the end of any given rental period. Failure to comply and or unreasonable delay in sufficient cooperation may result in the full costing of the item falling due, not including FL legal and other transactional fees that may apply. I ensure that all items are quality assured and working perfectly before and after each hire. If there are any specific questions regarding my items please don't hesitate to ask. However please refrain from asking generic questions that can be sourced elsewhere. DISCLAIMERS & RULES: 1.) CERTAINTY 🤷🏻‍♂️ Before making a booking double check that my items are available and exactly what you’re looking for. I list my items carefully and thoroughly. Don’t assume I’ll throw something in that isn’t listed. I.e an accessory for a tool 2.) CHECK ✍🏼 Please check that the items are all present and accurate to description on collection. Take a clear picture of the kit before you use it and use this as a reference for ensuring all is present when you’re finished. 3.) THINK 🤔 Please make sure that you research or have experience in using the items before hiring out. I recommend using the insurance facility in case things go wrong. Remember to contact me if there are any issues. I don’t release anything unless I’m 100% sure it’s in good working order! 4.) COLLECT 📦 All items are collection and drop-off only. I am not obliged to commute for handovers. 5.) LOSS / LATE 🤷🏻‍♂️⏱ Please ensure good timekeeping and double-check all components before return. DEPOSIT 💰 5B.) In order to curb overwhelming levels of Loss of kit and late returns, I will be asking for a holding deposit for bookings with those who have previously returned kit with missing parts or late. Late returns and loss have serious effect on following hires and my own work. If you repeatedly return late or with loss you will be blacklisted. 6. PENALTY 🧑🏻‍⚖️ If an item is not returned on it's scheduled date you will need to pay for an extra day. If you do not, Fatllama will charge an extra 100% on the original price as a fine. Or in some cases they will charge you the value of the product itself! this can take up to 10 days to be reimbursed. I.e if a tool is due back on the 23rd, you must bring it back before midnight latest on the 23rd. If it goes past that you pay for the extra day or be charged. 7.) SECURITY 👮🏻‍♂️ Lenders NEVER reveal their address until a booking has been confirmed. Outside a booking both lender and borrower are not protected under Fatllama Guarantee. This is why I won't accept cash payment. If a hire isn't booked via Fatllama it isn't protected by Fatllama. Verifications and bookings can take a while to come through, please be patient. 8.) INSURANCE 📑 Please use Insurance where applicable. Things can go wrong, over a timeline equipment can fail, accidents happen. Please use common sense and research if in doubt. I am here to help as much as I can. 9.) CANCELLATIONS 📆🤕 If you decide to Cancel an item this is your obligation to do so. I will Not Lose valuable points because of you. Simply speak to the team who can do it for you. Bear in mind if you cancel a booking within 48 hours they may keep 30% as a late cancelation fee. I am also not obliged to pay you that. 10.) ATTITUDE 🤝 Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. I will not hand over items until the booking is secure no matter how much of a rush you are in. 11.) CARE 💆🏻‍♂️ Please keep the tools clean. I understand some locations may be dirty warehouses or muddy fields. If my kit comes back in an unsatisfactory state. You will be blacklisted.
