All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and tested before and after each rental. Please be mindful of social distancing when collecting your gear, and avoid littering. I receive many enquiries and handovers daily, so let's make the process as efficient as possible. Also, please keep in mind that disruptions after 8 pm should be notified via text. All equipment is for personal collection and drop-off only, unless delivery is pre-agreed and paid. Please be punctual and double-check all components before returning the gear. Take a clear picture of the equipment before using it and use it as a reference when returning the items. Send me the images for confirmation. Late returns will incur an extra day's charge, and penalties will apply if not paid. Lenders will never reveal their address until a booking is confirmed, and borrowers must book through Fatllama for protection. Bookings and verifications can take some time, so please be patient. Cancellations are the borrower's responsibility, and I will not lose valuable points because of a cancellation. Please speak to the team to cancel, but bear in mind that late cancellations may incur a fee. I may offer a credit note for future hires in place of a cancellation fee. Aggressive behavior is not tolerated, and I will not release items until the booking is secure, regardless of how late you are. Some devices may be marked and/or tracked electronically.
