Extremely disappointing experience. This lender showed zero accountability throughout the process. He advertised his equipment across various parts of London, seemingly to attract more borrowers, but failed to deliver as promised. Only half the equipment arrived, which completely disrupted my shoot. When I raised concerns, he showed no interest in resolving the issue—and to make matters worse, he had the audacity to charge a return delivery fee. Rude and unpleasant to deal with. I would strongly advise others to avoid.
