Very Bad!  Appalling communication. I stressed importance of checking all my gear was there on the return (because of commitments to 3 more rentals after). I in London Gary gave my kit to another person, to return (slight mess) but wile taking my proprietary QR Fluid Head plate to Sheffield with him! The Most obvious thing to avoid doing, under the circumstances and easy to spot if They actually checked!! This renderEd my fluid head useless for the following three days of bookings!! To add insult to injury, Gary decided to “blank“ me half way through arranging the return.  This guy just decided he was not responsible anymore.   He mailed it to me on A Saturday to get to me Tuesday afternoon without confirming my full address & name... I couldn’t get any info out of him about which service was used, He never apologised for anything and I had to practically beg for a tracking number.  

Horrible experience and I went out of my way to sort this guy out.  Irresponsible - Immature - attitude problem - I personally would strongly avoid this kind of borrower 

Gary had the tools I needed for the job and created zero fuss upon both my collecting them and returning them, been very flexible. I’d certainly ensure I used him again in the future.

Very helpful and quick, approved my rental request at short notice, helped set up the equipment and was flexible about drop-off time and location. Would rent again.

Very accommodating for a late minute rental. Would use again.

Great lender, very considerate. Excellent gear. Highly recommend.
