Controlls were slightly damaged and not advertised as such. Pickup and drop off were smooth with great communication 

The camera came as described with a lens, an empty memory card and fully charged battery. Teni was friendly and on time. Unfortunately the camera sensor needed to be serviced/cleaned as there were dark specks all over the photographs I took, but otherwise I was happy with the rental
