VW 1975 Bay Window with 1978 camper converted into the trailer. Bus was fully restored in 2010 and the trailer was build in 2012. In October 2016 i have upgraded the engine to water cooled Subaru 2l engine with 115hp. It drives beautifully and there is enough power to tow the trailer without any problems. ive import from Germany. In regards to the trailer…The total weight of the trailer is 800kg Aluminium Chassis designed and made by bus factory Solaris. Alko tow-bar and knott brakes were new when fitted in 2012 Inside the trailer: double bed ( 165cm wide ) in the rear and single ( 60cm wide ) bed/seat.  Front section has loading compartment with the 2.5” oak tabletop. There is lots of storage underneath the beds to be followed by the additional space in the engine compartment ( please note that there is no engine there. just empty space used for storing camping equipment, chairs, etc ) Sleeping capacity currently is 5 but it could be expanded to 7!
