Equipment did not work, renter was initially polite. However, was unclear on pickup location renter implied I was going to steal equipment even though I reported I had problems early into the rental, renter did not assist with issues then agreed to refund several times in addition to apologising and then as soon as they got the equipment back refused to refund and told me to go to company so he did not have to refund back fees.
