MAGIC BUTTER MACHINE ! This is a counter-top herbal extraction machine that can infuse herbal material into butters, tinctures, or oils. During the process it maintains precise temperature settings for efficient extraction, and it periodically runs a small blender blade to chop and mix the herbs with the liquid. For fun, while the machine runs, it displays a playful light show of coloured lights that dance around the lid. I like to run the machine at night in a dark room so that I can enjoy the light show when I walk past :) It even has a self-clean cycle where you put in soapy water then it blends and froths. I do find that it needs a bit of a wipe-down afterwards, but it does take away a lot of the work to loosen the herbs, oils, and fats. INSTRUCTION MANUAL can be found on the manufacturer's website at https://magicalbutter.com. Soon I will print out a copy, but for now you can get it online. WARNING - MIN and MAX volumes ... This machine requires at least 2 cups of liquid to run, and cannot process more than 5 cups of liquid. WARNING - Butter must be melted before it is added to the Machine WARNING - DO NOT IMMERSE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS IN WATER - Like all electrical devices, the components with electrical connections should not be immersed in water. WARNING - For the Love Glove and the Filter Bag (see below) - hand-wash only please, in dish soap. Do not put into the dishwasher or the laundry machine. REMINDER - DECARBOXYLATE - If you are using the machine for cannabis, don't forget to decarboxylate the herb first. If it is your first time, don't worry, it is easy, and there are instructions on the web site, but you will want to measure the interior temperature of your oven with a meat thermometer to ensure accurate heating. WHAT YOU GET WITH THE RENTAL : - Magic Butter Machine Base - Magic Butter Machine - Mixing Lid. This is where you set the time and temperature, and it has a mixing blade that extends into the Magic Butter Machine Base - Filter Bag - this is super-helpful for filtering the herb from the liquid after it is done. There is a super-fine mesh at the bottom which removes most of the ground-up herb. Because the bag is flexible, you can squeeze it to get every last bit of the good stuff that you are able to. - Love Glove - This is a silicone glove that you use to squeeze the Filter Bag. The liquid in the filter bag will be hot when the the machine stops running, so the Love Glove provides protection against the heat as you squeeze and squish the wonderful stuff.
